Where
The Homecoming Chinese Gathering will be held at the Asia World Expo, a world-class conference venue located right next to the Hong Kong airport.
When
The Homecoming Chinese Gathering will begin at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday May 5th and continue with three sessions per day (morning, afternoon and evening) until the evening of Saturday May 8th.
Travel
The Hong Kong International Airport (HKG) is located within short shuttle distance of both the host hotel and meeting venue.
For those arriving by air, a shuttle is available to the host hotel (see below).

The host hotel for this event is the Hong Kong SkyCity Marriott Hotel

The gathering rate is 660 HK dollars (tax included) per night (roughly $90 CDN at current exchange rates) for single and double occupancy. Rooms are available with 1 King Bed or 2 double beds and all rooms are non-smoking. The hotel rate is available from April 29th to May 11th inclusively.

Meals
Due to the fact that there are not a lot of restaurants near the expo centre, arrangements are being made to make meal boxes available for purchase onsite. You will be able to purchase tickets for these the first night of the gathering. The approx cost will be $45 Hong Kong dollars. PLEASE NOTE: Hong Kong currency or US dollars are preferred. It may not be possible to process credit cards, so please ensure you have money to cover meals and other incidentals. HK dollars can be purchased through various travel offices or in the airport in Hong Kong when you arrive.

SkyCity Marriott hotel is in walking distance (2 minutes) from the Asia World Expo.
